Hello Club Leaders,

This fall, in lieu of an in person “Clubs Fair” we are hosting a “Virtual Involvement Fair” through “Club Commercials”! We are asking all clubs to Submit a 30-45 second commercial and upload at this link: https://forms.gle/QxDNZHbTK3fqTUyZ7

Below are some of guidelines for HSU Registered Student Organization (RSO) commercial uploads:

1. These "commercials" are your chance to highlight ALL the wonderful things your organization does! You will have 45 seconds or less to dazzle your audience!
2.  In your video, we want you to answer: What is your group about?; What sort of commitment is expected?; Why should folks join?
3.  Include: Social media info, Websites and How to contact your organization
4.  Have it captioned so it is accessible (available when you upload to youtube)
5.  Have the video be horizontal. Vertical is great for insta stories, not for commercials
6.  Don’t have it dated, so the video is usable for semesters to come
